Nadia is an experienced and passionate trainer, coach and facilitator in the areas of communication skills and leadership and management.
With 17 years experience in facilitation, training and coaching in the areas of communication, cross cultural training, leadership and project management, Nadia works with up to senior level managers in companies such as UN, Heineken, British Council and Institute of International Education.
She worked in communications before becoming a trainer and was successful in working for several NGOs. This real business experience is valuable for her to be able to give relevant, considered and powerful feedback to delegates she trains.
Nadia’s delivery style is innovative, creative and motivating, inspiring delegates to implement their training in their professional and personal lives.
Nadia has a degree in History with Literature (Exeter University, UK), a postgraduate certificate in Organizational Development Consultancy (‘Generating Transformative Change’) from the Leadership Institute in Seattle, USA, and is a Feedback Coach, as an Associate of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). She delivers training in English, Italian and Amharic.
