Pilar Rodriguez Morales
Pilar is an experienced senior facilitator, consultant and coach with experience in a diverse range of topics such as presentation skills, impact and influence and customer service.
Her 10 years of corporate experience working in Madrid and London, in roles ranging from international sales and logistics to training and change management for BP, makes her especially sensitive to the business issues faced by her clients. When leading a change management project, she worked across 10 European countries, over five different departments involving 400 employees.
She works with delegates at senior executive and middle management leader level from large international organisations including Oracle and Akamai. Her training style focusses on developing the delegate’s natural ability rather than simply presenting the theory.
Both her coaching clients and workshops participants value distinctively her energetic approach, balancing support and challenge. She has a creative, personable and results orientated style.
Pilar has a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a postgraduate MSc in Executive Coaching from The Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and is an ICF accredited coach. She delivers training in both Spanish and English.
