Rahul Sinha Roy
Rahul is a trainer and coach, specialising in Leadership and Management, Sales and Business Development, Communication Skills, and Presentation Skills. He has successfully built learning cultures within the companies he’s worked with, in close collaboration with their leadership.
With career experience of over twenty years, across various industries (market research, telecom, retail, ITeS and consumer healthcare), his expertise lies in sales, retail sales, business operations, customer experience and training and development.
Rahul has led over 200 workshops and standalone learning interventions. He has been instrumental in conceptualising, designing and delivering programmes and assessing and redefining the learning processes needed for many organisations across India and the APAC region, covering employees and clients across all levels.
He has worked for many companies, such as Indian Market Research Bureau, Hutchison-Essar, Shopper’s Stop, Dell, GE, Reliance, Vodafone India Limited and Cordlife. Rahul has also been a Learning Consultant for HDFC ERGO, Bharti Centum Learning Limited, Vyom Networks Limited and Adani Group. This experience has made him an excellent L&D resource in India and defined the character and attitude he has today.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honour’s) degree from the esteemed St. Xavier’s College, and delivers sessions primarily in English as well as Hindi and Bengali.
