Rebecca is a passionate and motivating trainer specialising in presentation skills, leadership and management, communication skills and influence and impact.

Her corporate background lies in the Australian Insurance industry, where she worked at manager level, overseeing small and large sales teams. Her business experience gives her credibility with participants as well as insight into their situations.

Rebecca was responsible for managing million dollar budgets and over designing, delivering and implementing projects that drastically improved customer service and decreased costs. Her knowledge brings relevance to her training, as it’s based on real-life business situations.

Her delivery style is engaging and interactive. She explores not only learning styles, but draws out natural strengths and builds on them with strategies for personal growth. She has previously worked with companies such as Bank of America, Microsoft, Thomson Reuters, Amex and many others.

She is a graduate of the Australian Graduate School of Management, holding a certificate in Change Management. She is MBTI qualified and delivers training in English.
