Semira has managed teams across 8 cities as a sales and marketing manager, where she designed and implemented sales processes and represented the company for brand development and promotion. Her training incorporates this real life business experience to fundamentally change and address her delegate’s development areas in an effective and inspiring way.
Through use of activities and games, Semira facilitates conversation, engages and energises her delegates. Her hospitality experience ensures her training is focussed around serving internal and external clients to the highest level.
