Her background is in Human Resources Management in both the hotel and retail sectors. This, and experience of owning and managing a successful fitness business, means she understands how important means she totally understands how important impact is in business.
As a result of her20 years of experience clients receive training which focusses on the business scene as it is today and techniques that Sharon incorporates in her own successful business, from leadership to communication and customer service.
Sharon’s delivery style is highly interactive, thought provoking, motivational, fun, creative and resourceful in her approach, all of which drive momentum and focus. She has previously applied this in training for companies such as CBRE, HSBC, Morrisons, Infineum, WABCO and Vodafone.
She is a certified coach by the Coaching Academy, is Extended DISC accredited and is a Clarity 4D practitioner. She delivers training in English.
