Stefano is an experienced and credible trainer in the areas of sales, business development, leadership and management.
With a strong background in sales and sales management, Stefano worked as Account Manager for ten years before a role as Sales and Marketing Manager at IBM. His 21 years of frontline sales and sales management experience mean his training in these areas is hugely practical and based on what works in the real world.
Stefano then moved into training as an advanced sales coach at IBM before working with large numbers of sales professionals to increase their performance through workshops, facilitation and coaching.
A charismatic storyteller and trainer, Stefano is able to create a challenging but supportive environment for participants where they can stretch themselves to develop their skills and behaviours.
