Stephanie’s diverse business experience spans the entertainment industry, medical device sales and automotive marketing. During her decade-long career in entertainment, she sold and hosted her own national television show, covered breaking entertainment news stories for Los Angeles television station KTLA, garnered millions of views across popular digital platforms, and interviewed celebrities including Reese Witherspoon, Common, Justin Bieber and Jim Carrey.
During her sales and marketing careers, Stephanie was an Associate Sales Representative on the top-grossing team at the Fortune 10 medical device company, Stryker. Before that, she served as a Business Growth Strategist at J&L Marketing where she was consistently ranked among the top 10 earners at the company nationwide. With years of experience working virtually, she specializes in communication across multiple platforms including email, phone, and video.
Throughout her sessions, Stephanie actively listens and asks the right questions to lead participants to their “Aha!” moment. With a jovial sense of humour, she shares personal stories and examples to illustrate lessons. Her vulnerability, empathy and compassion foster a warm and inviting atmosphere that allows participants to take risks, build confidence and evolve. After working at major corporations, thriving start-ups and boutique/family-owned businesses, Stephanie is able to adapt her training to various company cultures, having worked with individuals at all levels of the corporate ladder, along with other professionals including doctors, general managers and various support staff.
As a graduate of the University of Southern California, Stephanie has a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Journalism from the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. She is an active member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) where she attends Chapter meetings and hosts workshops and events.
