Stephen Parent is a passionate and focused trainer, and facilitator specialising in customer service, communication skills, leadership and management and presentation skills.
Having worked at managerial level in the hospitality and educational industry, Stephen recognises the importance of delivering training that is centered around real business situations.
Stephen was responsible for quality assurance of over 160 instructors across Japan which means he holds a focus on achieving objectives at the forefront of his delivery.
His facilitative and energetic delivery style us highly engaging and learner focused. Previously, he’s worked with companies such as Pfizer, Deutsche Bank, Sony, Toshiba, Japanese Government and many others.
Stephen holds a training degree from the University of Ottawa and delivers training in English.
