Steve has held senior level positions. He previously led a team of 1800+ people as a director, and had responsibility for four centres based in the UK, Canada, Singapore and Dubai. Additionally, he was Head of Training and Development Asia Pacific for British Airways.
Steve has delivered trainings in industries including media, finance, investments, oil and gas, automobile, telecommunications, travel, technology, sport and retail. He has previously worked with companies such as BT, O2, Three, Barclays, Warburtons, Volkswagen, Jaguar Land Rover, Ford, Kuoni, VMware and others.
Steve has experience across the globe, specifically within Asia, using accelerated and experiential learning methods, from face-to-face to virtual. His strong corporate background working at leadership level in companies around the world, has also given him a deep insight into some of the key skills that open the door for delegates who want to develop.
