Steve’s strong corporate background working at management level in companies such as British Airways, Qantas, Sky and Le Meriden, has given him a deep insight into some of the key skills that open the door for delegates who want to develop. His experience comes from some of the biggest organisations in the world, enabling him to equip delegates with some of the best tools and solutions available to help them improve.
He previously led a team of 1800+ people as a director, and had responsibility of 4 centres based in the UK, Canada, Singapore and Dubai. Additionally, he was Head of Training and Development, a role spanning across 17 countries.
Steve’s delivery style is energetic and creative. He identifies the needs of his delegates and goes the extra mile to ensure they leave with solutions relevant to their growth. He has previously worked with companies such as BT, o2, Barclays, Warburtons, Kuoni and others.
Steve is a master NLP practitioner and delivers training in English.
