Tracey is an engaging and credible trainer, facilitator and coach specialising in impact and influence, communication skills, management and leadership, sales and business development and customer service.
With a background working as recruitment consultant before moving into senior L&D Manager roles in the not-for-profit and retail sectors, Tracey has a wealth of management and career development experience, which she implements into her training to give clients relevant and specific to today’s business scene.
Her experience has been gained from managing a team as well as being in charge of implementing and delivering large scale complex projects and forming departments. This in depth real-world knowledge gives her training a practical focus and enables her to share relevant examples with participants.
As a trainer she is supportive and empowering, taking a coaching approach to working with participants. She has previously worked with companies such as MacMillan Cancer Support, Penguin Random House, WHSmith Group and Radian Group.
Tracey has a BA in Business and Quality Management from Nottingham Trent University, a Certificate in L&D practice from CIPD and a qualification in Personal Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy. She is a certified DISC practitioner and delivers training in English.
