Having worked at senior level as sales director, and been responsible for multi-million budgets, across sectors including IT and healthcare – Wolfgang brings an enormous business understanding and expertise to his training.
Wolfgang’s experience includes work in law enforcement where he was often involved in high pressure negotiations. This gives him great stories and insights to make his training memorable and relevant for all his participants.
Wolfgang combines his extensive business knowledge with over 10 years’ experience as a trainer and facilitator to deliver engaging and impactful courses. Clients love his pragmatic, hands-on style that assists individuals and companies in maximising their full potential. His previous clients include Oracle, VMware, Electrolux and Activision. He trains and coaches not only in Germany, but regularly across Europe and Africa, to companies as diverse as IT, telecommunications, automotive, engineering and aerospace.
Wolfgang is a master practitioner of NLP and is also a published author of The Art of Negotiation. He delivers training in English and German.
