Executive coaching is a tailored and personal approach to rapidly and significantly improving the performance of your people. We work one-on-one at middle and senior levels to help managers and leaders in organisations to prepare for promotion, accelerate their progress when taking on a new role, or develop a particular skill set. With sessions lasting typically 1-3 hours, and focusing on a specific area, coaching is one of the most time-efficient and cost-effective way of developing you people quickly.

Speak First has a number of experienced Executive Coaches who are also experts in communication and leadership/management. All have a business background which means they identify with the issues your managers deal with and can help them develop practical solutions. We make sure our Executive Coaches have undertaken coach training and many are NLP qualified. Our team is large enough for you to choose the best coach for the person.
