Emotional regulation is one of the most important elements for all of us in today’s stressful and complex business environment – especially during times of transformation. Having the ability to ‘stay calm’ under pressure is the key for maintaining focus and clear thinking.
In this session, participants will understand the impact of stronger emotions on higher level cognitive processes and the implications for managing effectively. They will develop a better understanding on how their colleagues react to change. They will also acquire tools helping their people to regulate mental state and cope with change more quickly.
This is a standalone session that can also be taken as part of the programme Manage the New Norm – Your Route to Success.
